Not every project is the same. In renovation, new construction or area development, standard nest boxes or bat facilities can sometimes fail to meet ecological or architectural requirements. In that case, Unitura offers custom-made facilities for protected species such as bats, swifts and house sparrows.

With our combination of ecological knowledge, product development and construction expertise, we design and produce custom fauna facilities that perfectly fit your project. Thus, we realize solutions that are both ecologically effective and practically feasible within the construction process.

Design of customized services

The process begins with the development of a design proposal for the custom facility. We do this in close cooperation with ecologists, developers, contractors and housing associations.

In design, we take into account such things as:

  • The ecological requirements of the target species
  • The function of the facility (maternity, summer, mating or winter residence)
  • The structural situation of the building
  • The available space in facades, roofs or outdoor space
  • Integration within nature-inclusive building

Thanks to our experience with fauna provisions in renovation and new construction projects, we can quickly respond and create a design that fits both the ecological guidelines and practical implementation on the construction site. Once the design is approved, you will receive a quotation for the production and delivery of the custom-made facilities.

From design to production

After agreeing to the offer, we start the production of the customized facilities. Production is supervised and carried out by Unitura in collaboration with specialized production partners in Europe. This allows us to maintain control over quality, durability and delivery times, while flexibly responding to project-specific requirements.

Our project managers continuously monitor the quality and technical specifications of the facilities during the production process. This allows us to make quick adjustments where necessary and guarantees that the customized facilities meet both the ecological starting points and the architectural requirements of the project.

In consultation with the client, we agree on a delivery date so that the facilities are available at the right time for the execution of the project.
